Our Herd

Our herd is tested and CAE (caprine arthritis encephalitis) free. It is a closed herd and any goat introduced to our herd will be tested.

Dams and Future Dams

Phoebe is a black and white doe with blue eyes. She has horns and thus has a superiority complex and wants to be herd queen. She is not registered, so her babes will likely be sold for pets. She is our sweetest goat. Most of the time.

Poppy is our next sweetest goat. She is disbudded and has a great personality. Though she does like to paw (hoof?) incessantly at my arm like an obnoxious dog. She is registered with the ADGA as are her sisters Polly and Penny.

Penny is our silliest goat. She loves to run and jump while doing side leg kicks. She’s also disbudded and Polly’s and Poppy’s half sister.

Polly

Polly is a sweet first time mama. She’s registered and disbudded. Poppy, Polly and Penny come from J and L Farm.

Fiona

Doeling born of Penny and Felix. Registered. Polled.

Lucy

Born of Polly and Felix. Blue-eyed and polled. Registered.

Monica

Born of Pheobe and Felix. Blue eyes, disbudded. Unregistered.

Ruby

Ruby is a mini nubian goat from Oak Spring Meadows Farm. She is blue-eyed, disbudded and registered with the MDGA

Sires and Future Sires

Oscar is our shy but coming around buck. He has awesome markings as a buckskin with moon spots. He’s disbudded, but as you can see he’s growing spurs. We’ll have to do something about that soon! Oscar is registered with the AGA.

Felix is our polled, blue-eyed buckling. He is sweet and more likely than Oscar to let you pet him! He comes from Jubilee Farms in South Carolina. He is registered with the ADGA.

Bart is our resident Boer goat. He was orphaned a week before Christmas; my brother-in-law nursed him back to health and now he lives with us.
